Journey to the heart of “Les 0 Ciels”

Journey to the heart of "Les 0 Ciels"

Located in a former warehouse in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), the “Les Cent Ciels” hammam reflects all the beauty of the palaces of the Orient. From architecture to decoration, the entire universe is designed according to Moroccan tradition. Invitation to oriental pleasures guaranteed… at the gates of Paris!

From the street, nothing suggests that an authentic Moroccan hammam is hidden behind a modest building door. But once the threshold has been crossed, a monumental door in carved cedar wood opens this time onto a resolutely oriental universe. Designed like a Ryad, “Les Cent Ciels” asserts itself as a true hymn to oriental beauty. In love with Morocco and fascinated by the universe of the hammam, the creator of the places Véronique Bonnefont dreamed for years of a Moroccan hammam at the gates of Paris. With the help of her husband Jean-Michel Bonnefont, project manager and real estate developer, she was able to recreate on a surface of 900 m2 this authentic universe intended for well-being and relaxation … to make it the largest hamman European. In total, five years of searching for the ideal place, two and a half years of work and 10 million euros were necessary to reach “Les Cent Ciels” in March 2006. And the result is convincing! Located in a former warehouse, the place now reflects all the magic of oriental palaces. Beige-pink walls in traditional tadelakt, cedar floors, multi-faceted chandeliers, starry ceilings, zelliges … the owners of the premises have indeed been able to revive the authenticity and the enchanting atmosphere of oriental baths. All according to the Moroccan tradition. Essences of oriental perfumes along the galleries adorned with alcoves to the moucharabiehs, everything harmonizes here to perfection. Want to extend this Arabian Night decor in your home? No worries ! All furniture and decorative items are available for sale. For a guaranteed change of scenery …

Who could believe that from the street, behind this simple building door, hides a real oriental hammam. “We don’t want the place to be seen from the outside, explains Jean-Michel Bonnefont, owner of the premises. We designed it like a riad. It is only when people take the stairs that they discover the universe“.
